The structure was built in June 2014 after the redevelopment of the existing building, favoring the use of traditional materials such as marble and granite, wood, basalt, wrought iron. Materials recreated in modern forms, also through the use of crystal and steel, which follow the characteristics and colors of the historic buildings of the historic center of Villasimius. The hotel is divided into two bodies overlooking Via Regina Margherita or the internal garden.
